  • Exhibition of La Calaca Press III in Australia

    Dear Printmakers,

    NEW EXHIBIT:

    I am glad to announce a new exhibition of La Calaca Press III in Australia, the exhibit will be at Eugenius Gallery in Windsor and it is hosted and organized by Damon Kowarsky fellows participants printmakers and La Calaca Press. The opening reception will be February 22, 2014. More info is coming soon!!!

    There is a misconception that I hear sometimes. Each print handprinted and with pleasure NOT copied! Can this be clear! Thank you
    When you do order with the Printmaker, they are sent in cellophane packaging with passer-partout. You can then easily print yourself framing!

    La Calaca Press invites you to participate in LA CALACA PRESS III International Print Exchange and Exhibition in homage to the Centenary of POSADA's Death. This exchange is open to printmakers from the USA and abroad. The purpose of this exchange is to promote printmaking and create connection with artists around the world.

  • Huntenkunst 2013/14

    Huntenkunst zit er weer op. Zeer tevreden over het netwerken, accommodatie en verkoop. Reden dat ik vorig jaar niet aanwezig was dat ik het aanbod niet goed vond. De kunstenaars zitten soms al jaren daar, ieder jaar komen dezelfde terug. Soort reünie voor aantal, vanzelfsprekendheid dat men ieder jaar er weer is. Dit gaat ten koste van de kwaliteit. Zelf na een jaar afwezigheid kompleet nieuw werk te hebben getoond viel me dit weer op en niet alleen bij mij, ook bezoekers en enkele collega's!

  • De eenentwintigste Huntenkunst

    De eenentwintigste Huntenkunst vindt plaats op 24, 25 en 26 mei 2013 (Ulft, DRU Industriepark - zie ook adrespagina). Huntenkunst is de uitgelezen manifestatie om kunstenaars te spreken, hun werken te zien, om eventueel kunst te kopen als u daar interesse in hebt, of andere afspraken te maken. 200 kunstenaars uit meer dan 30 landen exposeren hun werk. Zij vertegenwoordigen alle disciplines van eigentijdse beeldende kunst (zie deelnemerslijst voor links naar websites van de deelnemers van 2013). 
     
    Huntenkunst is een uitstekende kunstontmoetingsplek voor kunstenaars, galeriehouders en kunstgeïnteresseerden. Er zijn al vele interessante internationale 'kunstcontacten' ontstaan tijdens Huntenkunst. Het ontwerp van de indeling van de units voor de kunstenaars is van architect Abel de Vries.
